Our Return Policy

We want you to love every purchase from Tots on the Trail. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Holiday Return Extension

For purchases made between November 1 and January 31, we offer an extended return window of 60 days from the date of delivery. All other return conditions still apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened or used baby care products
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at our contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
